Albert Arisso, CEO, President, CAM, Mortgage Broker, Call Center Manager

Albert Arisso is responsible for acquisitions and is a consultant for developers acquiring new communities. He is engaged in fostering growth opportunities for PRA while continuing to maintain and strengthen relationships with developers, brokers and bankers.

Acting as council in the overall sales and marketing process, Arisso's primary responsibilities include cultivating marketing efforts, as well as managing the overall sales and marketing process of each new conversion.

Albert Arisso is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Premier Realty Advisors, actively creating communities and developing residential, commercial and mixed-use projects in South Florida and Central Florida. Much of his enthusiasm is generated from the procurement of mixed-use properties. He’s provided over 750 residential units with an aggregate of 30,000 square feet of retail.

With over 13 years in banking, Arisso’s evolution from Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Lending to Developer was no surprise. Familiar with the craft of money-making, Arisso began his career as a credit analyst and in less than 8 years became Vice-President for the Corporate Lending Division of Ocean Bank. His specialty stemmed from approving and providing land acquisition, developing loans and financing condominium conversions. Throughout his career as Vice President, Arisso generated approximately $500 million dollars in new loans and managed a client base of 360.

In 2001, Arisso became Senior Vice President and the Head of Corporate Lending Division of Ocean Bank.  As a leader, his division compiled a loan portfolio in excess of $1.5 billion dollars and he managed over 100 employees.

Through his years of experience, numerous national banks have employed Arisso to manage and liquidate portfolios of distressed or defaulting properties with remarkable success and controlled loss. Developers frequently seek out his expertise and advice in finding and securing viable properties for investment. With his track record of success, they typically retain him as consultant for the feasibility, marketing, sales and management supervision of their projects throughout the U.S. and Canada.

As President and principal, Arisso’s knowledge of land acquisition and development of mixed-use property adds versatility to the Premier Realty Advisors team.

Jose M. Serrano, Real Estate Broker

Jose Serrano serves as managing director for Premier Realty Advisors specializing in the sale of office, industrial, retail and multifamily properties and land sales in the Miami region. With five years of commercial real estate experience, Serrano has closed transactions valued at more than $105 million.

Serrano has been in the real estate business as a broker/owner since 2003. Prior to that he was a teacher of Economics at both college and graduate levels at a Columbian university.

Bringing a broad background of expertise to PRA, Serrano has experience that encompasses executive level management, financial operations, sales and market development in diverse industries including domestic and international trading of industrial and consumer goods. Analytical, problem solving and decision-making competencies reinforce this experience.

Serrano, who speaks English, Italian and Spanish, is a member of Florida Real Estate Association and Latin Builders Association and holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Florida International University.

Ann Mosier, Operations Manager, CAM, Mortgage Broker

Ann Mosier is the Human Resources and Office Manager. Ann's background includes a Bachelor's degree, major focus in Human Development and management studies. A substantial corporate background contributes to Ann's ability to manage a well organized office. She brings 20 years of successful employee leadership and operations management gained during her tenor in positions such as Regional Manager of Reservations and City Ticket offices for Latin America, the Caribbean for American Airlines and as Manager of Air/Sea Operations for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. Ann owned Automation Control, an operations management consulting service. Ann is a licensed Realtor, and recently transitioned into real estate because she sought to work with people on a different platform, and in a more intimate setting. A dedicated and dynamic manager, Ann enjoys the daily contact with employees and clients. She has received several awards of excellence as a top performer and team leader. Placing an emphasis on community, Ann also acts as a court appointed Guardian ad Litem for abused and neglected children.

Kathy Wilson, Area Closing Manager, Trainer, Call Center Manager

Kathy Wilson, Area Closing Manager, Trainer, and Call Center Manager is known for her extensive managerial skills, critical thinking, effective problem solving, and developmental skills. A Tampa native, Kathy has over 20-years collegiate-level math, accounting, and title and management experience. As an onsite specialist, Kathy has expertise in directing and closing multiple-family properties. Her attention to detail and cost analysis, along with her strong interpersonal skills, supply Premier Realty Advisors with the balance and dedication essential in encompassing the training and management of the closing department on each proposed project. Kathy oversees the closing departments of all onsite properties and is responsible for the training, supervision, and evaluation of all project-closing coordinators. She monitors all functions of the closing department, including weekly onsite audits, contract reporting and management, and provides direction and structure to all operations of the onsite sales staff. Kathy conveys the strength, integrity, and leadership qualities that make each community a success.

Marielena Kanscur, Property Manager

Licensed Real Estate Associate, Certified Apartment Manager, who has 12 years experience in the multi-family industry, in Tampa. Responsible for over 1100 units both rental and condominium conversion projects. Highly motivated individual who strives to achieve the best results for the owner/developer.

On the rental side she has achieved both physical and economic occupancy goals, reduced delinquency, increased cash flow, implemented resident retention programs, implemented marketing / promotion of the communities, increased long term resident occupancy through customer service and professional management, oversaw daily operations, produced weekly reporting of the properties performance to the owners, conducted complete market survey's monthly to achieve best rental rates, and increased overall property value.

In addition to the rental management with conversion has assisted project coordinators with daily projects regarding the property improvements, excellent vendor and resident relation skills, works directly with owners /developer through the rehabilitation process and new take over projects.

Debbie Gonzalez, Property Manager

Debbie Gonzalez joined the PRA team with experience in Administration, Construction and Real Estate Sales. She transitioned from Office Administrator to International Promotions Coordinator in early 2007. Debbie holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Mass Communications from the University of Florida. She brings with her a wide range of skills including bilingual communication, marketing and accounting. With experience as a licensed Real Estate Agent, Debbie contributes knowledge and ability to promote each property with great success. She helped to open the Tampa branch of PRA and assists in the openings of sales centers throughout Florida. As the International Promotions Coordinator, Debbie plans and executes each real estate expo with a meticulous strategy that has proven effective. Debbie is a key member of the Sell Out Advantage team, launching properties to new markets throughout the United States and Internationally. Knowledgeable in all aspects of the sales process for each community, she gives comprehensive presentations to brokers and agents in strategically selected cities. She oversees the scheduling, media buying, reservations and day-to-day activities for all expo meetings. A pertinent part of the team, Debbie is focused, highly organized and dedicated to the continuing prosperity of every client.

Karen Lott is a successful realtor and rental manager, and brings her unique qualities and sales experience to Premier Realty Advisors.   Karen’s strong selling skills have made her accomplished in working multi million dollar resorts and communities in Destin and Fort Walton Beach.  She brings a strong background in property management, land construction and investment based homes.  Karen’s proven track record in working with high end real estate makes her a valuable asset to the PRA Team.
